Breakfast with Bigfoot: Sanctuary

Steve Britt has finally come home to the mountain. His original forty-acre homestead has grown into three thousand-one thousand protected as sanctuary land beneath his cabin, while two thousand remain under hunting leases carefully overseen by the longtime lease manager. With his loyal Husky, Rockoee, guarding the new chicken house and racing the woods at Steve’s side, Steve begins to settle into the rhythms of a hard-won life.

But the mountain holds more than deer trails and creek water. Silver Shoulder’s young son, Squirt, grows curious about Steve’s world, and their fragile bond is tested when poachers, roaring ATVs, and a missing young clan member unsettle the wilderness.

As danger closes in, Steve and Rockoee must protect a secret world without breaking the trust that made sanctuary possible.
